Why are so many homes being sold in Sun City Center FL? Does anyone know why?
The crime rate statistics are extremely low , and most of these homes are privately owned .,and payed for. Why are so many leaving this town when for years it was considered stable, safe, and middle to high class. The great majority are seniors.. Many have past away ,but many are selling . There are hundreds, and hundreds of homes being sold.
The adjacent towns are very good Towns and all have convenient stores and malls to shop.
I have talked to numerous realtors and refuse to answer why so many in Sun City are leaving.
Would appreciate any factual info!

It may have something to do with the large percentage of seniors there now.

Its because of the Villages attracting those same homeowners. With the Amazon complex going up near Sun City it will bring Crime, traffic and unwanted wana bees to this long time community.
