Why is it I no longer have a mail options to change my signature?

I've noticed with windows 8 there is no mail options tap listed. My signature cannot be changed.

    Yahoo mail options have nothing to do with Windows 8.

    Hover over the far right gear icon in Yahoo mail and then click "settings".

    Then click "writing email" in left column.

    Go to signature.
