Tomasz Adamek vs Oscar Bonavena?
At their best, 12 rounds, cruiser weight division (which is probably the optimum weight class for either one). Who wins?

One of my favorite fighters today is Adamek and one of my favorites from years ago was Bonavena. Adamek is the better boxer here with better technique but Bonavena is physically stronger and more of a clubbing yet effective puncher. Both are durable though I once again give the edge to Bonavena who also fought the overall tougher opposition during his career though it's not to say that Adamek hasn't fought the very best because he has. This would have been a fans delight wih a ton of action and power shots thrown and landed by both men. I can see Bonavena wearing down Adamek late in this fight and pulling out a tough decision.

Oscar Bonavena is bigger and stronger than Ademek. Bonavena would have pressured Ademek for the first few rounds then he would have beat Adamek by decision. Adamek usaully gases out in his fights. He will not beable to keep up with Bonavena paste and relentless pressure.
