Douglas will draw Patrick Peterson who only let Calvin score 10 fantasy points this season
Victor Cruz should bounce back this week , the Eagles secondary is just plain bad
Moore will have rough day against the Pass D of the Steelers who do not let #1 WR score, but he does get a lot of targets, so I would go with with him over Douglas.

Victor Cruz for sure, when he has a good game, it can make your week; the #2 WR position is a little murkier; Harry Douglas will be shadowed by Patrick Peterson all game,; whereas D.Moore is in a game where the ground game will be the focus. Matt Ryan loves to huck the ball around and H.Douglas is the de-facto #1 WR right now, he'll get his looks. Both are not optimal this week, but if you put a gun to my head, then I pick Douglas. Cruz and Douglas. Cruz is playing an awful defense and Dougles well mat ryan has no one else to throw to
