How can I teach children the consept of love?

How about age appropriate songs about love. Singing a song about love is a good idea.

You may also want to have the children express themselves with art.

If God or Religion is an option. Showing God's love is also another way to express love to the children. There is a higher power who loves you no matter what circumstances they come from.

This is perfect! Ok, make them draw pictures of their worst enemy one side of the paper and of their parents or somebody they love. Then make them throw something or be mean to their worst enemy on that paper. Then make them turn the paper over and see the person they care about and see that if they hurt their enemies they will also hurt others. Then make them hug/care for their enemy and see that it also makes their loved ones happy. This will teach them that love spreads. Tell them that love generates from happiness and kindness. If you are kind to one another then you will feel happy and get a nice feeling in you, love is that simple! Love isn't anything about having a boyfriend/girlfriend, it doesn't even have to be a close bond! Oh, and also mention that even if somebody is terrible to you, you can love them, and they will later be able to accept you. :)

I think it would be beneficial for your kids to do random acts of kindness. Teach them how to show love by being kind to others. Maybe do some good deeds for other classrooms or for people in the community. Talk to them over and over about how it feels for them to show this love.

Teach them by loving pets and helping others especially elderly like walking etc carrying bags, and saying please and thank you and about sharing with others. Taking care of animals especially at school feeding fishes, and others things taking care of flowers etc. Teaching them to be polite and caring and sharing with others.
