how to do this paint.net?

I'm using (paint.net) to create covers for dvd boxes, i got that streighting out so how to rotate he text like this S

    You can enter Shift + Enter after each letter.

    I don't know how to do that in Paint, but my recomendation is: use a different program.

    Paint is ok for some things, but for creating covers for DVD boxes... It's not enought.

    Perhaps photoshop is too much fr what you want.

    My recomendation: use "GIMP"
