Are these good reasons to quit a new job?
I got a part time at Burger King and they have me on register (never used one before) and this guy said 'I'm tired of these new retards they hired' and at first he was talking with another person quietly then when I turned he said that out loud and looked at me. And admitted of saying it to me.
Then I was cleaning the bathrooms (perk or register) and someone left toilet paper on the floor, it had water on it I threw it away I said I found it on the floor and it had water. The assistant manager got mad and ignored me for two hours then he messed up on my order and refused to exchange it.
And I bike to work and I keep my bike by the dumpsters, employees and the garbage man who goes there and I notices the cap on my tire was off and my tire was flat I walked it across the street filled it up and it's fine so someone released out the air.
I've been in training since Wed 23, I have another job so I won't be looking.
And I talked to the manager about the comment he said to me and the guy said 'I didn't think that word offends anyone, it's a word'

This is a serious management problem and this is nothing you were doing wrong obviously. I recommended you look for another job. I know that's not what you wanted to hear but you can't fix the management there because the management is the problem the management is the reason these employees are acting this way. Everyone and their work history has quit crummy drives like this so don't let it bother you but go find another job immediately and then quit here. But don't badmouth this employer to the new place just give another reason why you want to change jobs such as hours, location, type of work, benefits, pay, and of course your school schedule.

Wow. You need to talk to someone above your manager. That is harassment, and the person who said it to you, can and probably would get fired. You should never be treated that way on the job. And if the toilet paper fell on the floor wet, then it is the policy of the restaurant and health & safety to throw it away. You could get fired for not! So, well done.
