Where can I track the parcel from Russia to Australia?
a month ago I posted the registered parcel from Russia to Australia and it's still going there. Russian post tracker gives the information only before export. Do you know any australian sites that could find the parcel?

You can track international parcels through Australia Post too

It would depend on whether Russian post has a reciprocal arrangement with Australia Post. If it does, you will be provided by email with an Australia Post tracking number. If not, then I don't think there is any way you can track it.
Here's the Australia Post tracking site, just in case you have a tracking number (you could try using the Russian tracking number but don't hold your breath) http://auspost.com.au/track/ .

you can track it on Russian Post site, even outside Russia.
First variant - it just did not arrive to Australian custom yet.
Did you send it by Avia mail? If not, then it will have looooooooong trip by ship, couple of months at least (all this time you will not have any data about it in postal systems). And even if yes, they do not work that fast in Russia (она может лежать где-то на складе неделями до момента, пока найдется место в самолете в нужном направлении, То есть, официально она покинула таможенную территорию России, но на самом деле лежит где-то в транзитной зоне спокойненько).
2. Another case is size of your parcel. Everything bigger than letter in Russia is considered "registered" (you can track it), but for international use things are different - small parcels (small boxes, российские бандероли) are not being tracked outside countries of origin. In this case it will never appear in Australian tracking system, just because tracking number you have is only for domestic use in Russia.
You have no choice, just wait. It should come eventually.

Hey Anemona,
If the parcel was sent using a registered service, there may not be any tracking available on our website. However we can definitely check the customs/article number to see if there are any updates on our end.
If you can please contact us by our Social Media channels:
Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/australiapost
Twitter - @auspost
Or phone us on 13 13 18 and we can assist further.
Thanks,
Roxy

Unless you knew the international tracking number of the courier involved then you can't track it outside of the Russian postal system. If you had used an international courier directly, then you could have tracked it all the way.

I suggest you make a formal complaint to Australia Post. You should ring them up so you know where to locate your parcel. It supposed to be at your local post office.
