Does anyone know how to get HTML5 Markup added to Wordpress?

I have a few wordpress sites, but I would like to get them in HTML5 format. Is there any easy way to do it, or do I have to add everything in myself? Thanks

    There are HTML5 themes on Wordpress.org. If you just install one of themes your site will become HTML5.

    If you do not want to change your existing design then, yes you need to do it yourself. Or if you have purchased theme from somewhere you will need to contact your developer for updated version.
