yup sure ms office is a basic thing that needs for a user whether its a institution or personal computer.so it is required

1) I cannot answer your first question because it is illegal to download Microsoft Office 2007 from illegal torrent sites. 2) Microsoft overview is the one which still has some issues and the final has all the holes and issues patched up. Don't worry microsoft will automatically update your computer with service pack 3 if you have genuine windows and passed the WGA test. If not you have to wait for a while until it is released for public.

There is no need of learning centers fro studying this course. But if you get a teacher that will help you to learn fast. Practice is important fro studying this. If you can spent a little time daily you can study all this in one month. But in one day itself you can understand all the basics.
