Why won't it let me give money to my friends on GTA V online?

Because the cash cards are down no one can give cash to other players...that's the only reason me and my friends have came up with hope I helped if not sorry:(...

At the moment the cash cards are down but me and my friends have found a quick solution. you get the amount that you want and take it out of your bank and let the person kill you the then they get the cash. or if there is two of your friends put a bounty on one of them and let the other guy kill him then vice verse. rockstar will probably fix it in the next update

I think i like the idea of having gangs... i think we should have the option to like hire gunmen to like go around with us and they like sit with us in bikes and cars (kinda like Assasins creed brotherhood) where you can have like students following you. I also think that there should be more rag doll physics added coz there is nothing more people like to see then blowing up people from choppers or pushing them off of a tall building...And having destructble environments wont hurt. I also think they should add a little realism like: -Eating Food to recover energy.. -Definently more weapon options and have like a reall big arsenal. No stupid missions. Yea not much different from your list, but this is what i think would make the next GTA game better. EDIT: A new Co-op Zombie mode would be epic or maybe like a Co-op Gang mode where like you can join 4 people and you take on increasing levels of gang members coming at you.

I do not think you can give cash in gta online. I am yet to come across those options as of now.
