How do I get my hair to look like Peyton Sawyer's in Season 1?
My dorm is having a costume party and I'm going as Peyton from One Tree Hill. I've YouTubed it but there's only two videos and one girl is using a wand (which I don't have) and the other girl has really short hair. My hair is almost mid back length and I have layers. It's naturally wavy. I don't know how big the barrel on my curling iron is but it's small just not as small as I probably need. If anybody knows how I can get this without having to buy a new curling iron or go to a stylist it would be greatly appreciated :)

for hair like that u either need to be born that way or a perm. its possible to do it like that but some hair types dont really let you. you could buy a wig?
