Help with overclocking CPU?

So I have a setting in my BIOS that says CPU Ratio. How do I change that to make the speed go up? I mean How far? Right now i believe its at 1700 and speed is at 3.5

    My suggestion. It seems; by asking this question, you haven't done your home work about over clocking. NOT TO BE RUDE. I highly suggest you read as much as you can on the subject before doing so. There are possibilities of severely damaging your computer. Yes, i know, the idea of it is awesome. I like to. Just please learn about it first. Keep in mind, after over clocking, you'll have temperature issues, on the high side, that need to be addressed.
