Why can't I sign up for Rockstar Social club?

When I try to sign up for social club the circle thing just freezes :(

Any help?

I put in all of the details and say that I am 18

    The same thing happened to me, try and sign up on another device or wait a while that did the trick for me. Make sure EVERYTHING has been filled, just take another look. Rockstar's been really dodgey lately due to GTA 5

    I believe the issue you are having is caused by an overload in your browser's cache.

    This is easily resolved and is nothing serious:

    Go to your browser's settings > History > Clear cache.
