How much would it cost to have a taxi driver from Whiting IN to Valparaiso, IN by Deep River Water Park. Its about 35 - 40 miles. Please dont answer with "it depends on where you live" that doesnt help me at all. thanks. And im 15, can I go alone?

You can definitely go alone.
I can't tell you how much the cab will cost, of course. You'll have to find the number of the cab company you'll use, then call and ask the manager. That's the only person who could tell you!
I do not endorse that any 15 year old travel 30 miles in a cab alone unless they know what they're doing and see no harm after discussing the travel with their parents!
