My crush left looking emotional?

So this girl and i have had some small talk the last few weeks. So in the middle of our first real interaction, (during study hall) the room moderator comes to tell her she needs to have something out. As the moderator kept pushing to have her pull something out, she suddenly got up and left the room emotionally. A few minutes earlier she was telling me how she had a fever, but this seemed like a different matter. I want to ask her if shes okay now, but does that seem to awkward, as i havent talked to her alot. Oh and she said i was cute a couple of weeks ago, so idk if she likes me, but i still hated seeing her sad and its sticking to me for not going after her when she left to ask. What should i say to her tommorrow?
