Nope.
Mine went up because my state refused to do a state exchange, yet for some reason, tens of thousands of poor people are still showing up at the ER needing treatment.

In the Communist state of Illinois they go up daily so trying to affix blame is almost impossible, our Illinois fuel taxes will soon be 18,000 dollars a gallon so avoid Illinois.
