Does anyone use Echinecea?

If so and if you have used it for some time, do you remember the tubs you could buy with the large capsules? You could break them open and make a tea from them if you wanted and you could take up to 8 a day. I can't seem to find these kind anymore. I used to get them from Holland & Barratt but they seem to have stopped making them. I've had a look round the internet but I can't seem to find them.

Is there anywhere else you can buy this type anymore?

Thanks Sam, I still use tablets, but just by a different company. Jennifer, I've been using Echinacea for a good long time now and it works perfectly well for me thank you. I used to get horrible colds until I used it to boost my immune system. Not had a cold in forever.

    I used to use the tablets, but the company have stopped doing them, they do it with drops though, which you drip about 30 into your drink a few times aday and it workds just as good as the tablets..

    You can use Echinecea if you want but as a nurse it hasnot been proven to be beneficial for much of anything.
