((( what is a good mouthwash for heavy gingivitis ??))?
hi. i m 27 years old. female. i have been told i have it!! oh my gawd. i also have plaque i think. i never brush my teeth. i know its bad. help!!! feeling distant and down. and i m so broke too. so i use credit cards and don't pay back. help! if i scarp up money like change for dollar store mouthwash it burns and is it good? thx---

Well for starters, BRUSH YOUR TEETH!
There is no magic mouthwash that will heal gingivitis, if that is what you have. Brushing at least twice a day and flossing at nighttime are the best ways to get rid of gingivitis and make it stay away. Mouthwash is good, but flossing is better. Even better would be a visit to the dentist to find out what else is wrong with your teeth. Good luck.
