Using the link you provided in your photo I checked the question http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201311... and your answer, and unless you added additional text in the sourcebox which may not be displayed there, then there absolutely no grounds for that report.

I would advise you to go ahead and appeal that violation and it should get reinstated

This has happened to me several times. I didn't break the CG but they said that I did. I don't expect to win my appeals. Yahoo has been a little crazy lately. People report answers that they don't like, and people report personalities that they don't like.

It seems ok to me, but to someone the tone of what you wrote could be seen as condescending

I would appeal it
