Why does my Dog hate this one other dog?
Whenever it sees this other dog the two of them both begin to snarl and bark at each other and then they attack each other. They bark and properly attack each other.

Then avoid getting anywhere near this other dog. They see each other as level and need to sort it out.

keep them apart. like people, dogs sometimes dont get along with other dogs. are either of them neutered? ( i hope so). If they aren't, that probably adds to the aggression. If your dog normally gets along fine with other dogs, I'd say hes just an alpha male and doesn't like the other one. If your dog does this with most other dogs he meets, then I'd say hes lacking confidence and tries to make up for it by being aggressive.

Not all dogs like all other dogs. Your dog just does not want anything to do with the other dog and the other dog wants nothing to do with yours. Keep them apart and leave it at that.
