Who is the cheapest to go with for wifi just wifi in the uk?

Im moving into my new flat this week and want internet for my ps3 whats the cheapest?

    At the moment plusnet but after 6months it will go up I think it's £4.99+£14.50 line rental, after the 6 months it go up to £9.99+ line rental .

    I have Talk talk unlimited and free phone calls any where in the uk for £26 pm

    BTW you just can't have wifi by itself you have to have a land line too and the modem is free but you may have to pay for a line if there is not one in your new flat
