Where can I get cute clothes for my new job?!?

Question

I just started a wasitressing job and have a dress code. 
All black everything
skirts and dresses only
no spaghetti strap tops... and soo on!
 I have no black clothes at all!
where can I buy (online or in store) simple black clothes that are somewhat reasonably priced?

already checked forever 21.

I would try some local shops first, even H&M have some cute black dresses.
