Need help pls, eye problem?

I looked directly at the eclipsing sun yesterday(without protection) and my sight has never been normal again since then; i see a transparent and misty shadow in the center of my visual field and when i close my eyes and open them again i see a flickering black spot, i cant read coz i cant see words clearly cant see people faces from a afar. Pls what should i do am really worried

    it doesn't sound like anything could go wrong from staring into the sun for a long time, it might go away in a few days. but you should go to the eye doctor and make an emergancy appointment just in case.
