Can you get apartments (like eclipse towers) offline on GTA 5?

I haven't finished the storyline yet, but I was wondering if you can purchase one of the apartments in the tower blocks? (e.g the ones with a 10 car garage?)

    Nope! Only the houses the main characters already have, although you can buy a garage and you get one for each character that holds 4 vehicles! Hope i helped!
