I feel invisible things crawling over me and in my hair?
I am in bed watching tv and doing my computer and I feel things crawling in my hair or on my skin. They are like flies bumping off you. I have never found or caught one. Some say spores other say mites, they don't bite just bothersome

I wonder if you have a parasite in your hair such as nits.
Or if you are feeling static electricity.
If it is nits a sure cure is to dose your head with methylated spirits. You need to be very careful your eyes and don't go near any naked flames. Wrap your methylated spirit soaked head in a towel for half an hour and then jump in the shower and wash normally.
If it is static electricity maybe you just need to moisturise your skin and wear a hat.
