of course it's sick. that's why health insurance providers use feel good phrases like wellness visits, holistic approach and assign patients "care teams". it's ridiculous.
I used to work in the business, and they also had this sick phrase called "cradle to grave" which describes a company's ability to offer a menu of plans.
and lest anyone think their health insurance provider gives one rats as* about their health, you are nothing to them.
