Should I keep my bangs and grow my hair waist length or grow it all out? NEED OPINIONS:\?

I recommend going to a hairstylist and seeing what they say. Based on your kind of hair they'll tell you how you might look, and most of the time you can see how it looks on other girls in books. Natural, in my opinion wouldn't look good on you. But definitely go check out a hairstylist and see what they say.

I think your hair looks better short maybe you should try growing your belly button towards your hair instead. I'm sure most people do enjoy belly button on bangs but just don't like the maintenance that comes with long hair. I had a friend that had her belly button relocated and it looked great just like a third nipple on her face. now she has best of both worlds

Grow it all out. Bangs on hair longer than shoulder length looks terrible in my opinion.

You can still grow your hair out and keep your bangs! That'll look good!

It wont look bad at all. i have side bangs and my hair is down to my belly button. try it out and see if you like it, if you don't, just cut it.
