Comcast Modem no battery light?
We switched to xfinity triple play in July and we got all our phone tv and internet hooked up on tge comcast modem but this morning the battery light wasn't on, I cannot sign into Xbox Live... But my laptop (wifi) will work. I did a connection test and everything is good it worked last night so is there any way to fix the battery light without calling Comcast...?

The modem doesn't need a battery. Just remove it. It sometimes keeps the phone working for a little while when you have a power outage, but does nothing for the internet.
If you have Comcast replace it they will charge you over $40.
P.S. Comcast and XBox Live are "having issues" again today.

Call Comcast and have them come out and fix it. You can try to find it your self and replace it but you should let Comcast do it. The battery if it is the one I'm thinking about is the fall back if you have a power failure and should work fine as long as you have power. But get that fixed. If you have a power failure you won't have telephone service and that could be dangerous.

It's their responsibility to take care of the modem. You rent it. Call them and tell them to bring a new battery.
