Why would a book be published with two diffrent names?
I recently read a book that was published this year (Hitlers Secret) and I looked into it and turns out it was published sometime in 2012 only with the title as Hitlers Angel. Exact same book and author, just different tittles and release dates. Why publish it twice with different names?

Often it's because it's published under one name. Then the publisher wants to publish it in another country, but the title doesn't translate well or convey the same idea in the other country. That can be true even in two countries that both speak English...or Spanish, or whatever.
Other times--often after initial sales were slow--the book is retitled with something the publisher thinks will sell better.
In this case, it looks like it was retitled to improve sales and attract a larger audience.

Sometimes, the book released in another country has the title chaned. Title changing is most common for different areas of consumption. This is a common difference for American series in the UK

Probably the same reason the first Harry Potter was "Philosopher's Stone" in England and "Sorcerer's Stone" in the US. Different countries, different sensibilities.
