mini split heat mode output indoor coil temp?

My Fedders mini split is only putting out 90deg f on the indoor coil in heat mode, the system came with a charge for 25' lineset, I only used 15', unit heats but stuggles at around -2deg f.......I haven't checked the psi of the system.

Update:

I have 7 heat pumps in total, and they heat to -15 no problem.

Heat pumps aren't efficient below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. You should have a backup heat source.
