Why can't I save my deck in YGOPRO?

Question

I just downloaded YGOPRO for the first time. I'm able to access the menu screen, look at the decks in editor, go up against the AI, and I went into the lobby to host a game (though when I set it up and hit host nothing happened and I had to close out). The main issue I'm having is my deck isn't saving. I looked around and most people say to make sure you have a deck folder in the ygopro folder and I do already with the pre-made starter decks shown in it but when I save mine, nothing shows up. I've hit the "Save as" and "Save" buttons but neither seem to work. Anyone know what to do?

Update:

After reading Dave's post, I've looked through every deck that is listed in the game. Unfortunately, the deck I made isn't saved as any of them. Remade, hit save, then clicked off the deck and looked back through. Still nothing so unfortunately that didn't solve the issue. It seems it isn't saving at all.

Alright.......when you save a deck for the first time, it will be saved under the deck name u edit it on..... 
(e.g. 2009 starter deck) check all the premade decks then when u found the deck u edit......put a name for it (you write it next to the "save as" button) then save as...
