How do I receive calls on Skype?

I subscribed to Skype. I an doing calls. calling out okay from my computer. What I need to know is how do receive calls on my computer? Like where to I put my call in number at?

Well incoming calls from another skype user is free. All the other person need is your contact name from your skype. However if you wish for any person who doesn't have skype to contact you then you would need a skype phone number. This is not free and will cost you $5.00 a month.

you are saying that, how to watch a TV channel on a radion.

Skype phone number is only to call using your Skype and computer, but it delivers your phone number and shows that you are calling like from your phone.

There is no way you can hide your number or what you said above.. 
unless you use skype to skype user calling.
