How do I find out what type of graphic card I use?

All right, so I wanna update my graphic card, and I found the information via dxdiag. However! On AMD's website, the first option to choose when updating the driver is "Select the type of system that you have:"

I know I have an AMD HD graphic card, but I don't know if it's Desktop, Notebook, or Integrated Motherboard. How do I find out? My PC is a stationary, and I bought the graphic card separately.

If you bought the graphics card, then it's obviously a desktop as you can't put a card into a laptop, and it's obviously not integrated.
