I'm co-owner of a property. I want to transfer ownership to another family member. I know what I'll be losing out in the near future. The house is paid off so there's no mortgage. I live in Massachusetts. I'm going to meet up with a lawyer soon but I want other people options,

Not if held as a joint tenancy on the deed. In a joint tenancy you have no define-able interest in the property. Thus even a quit claim would not be applicable. But if you had a tenancy in common deed, you could transfer ownership because your interest would be defined.

Under the facts presented: Yes, you should be able to transfer your share of the property to a third person assuming the deed is either Tenant’s in common or Joint tenancy with right of survivorship
I believe Tenancy by the Entirety is the only ownership that requires the other deed holder to agree to a severance

No there is not. In order for a deed to be modified, ALL parties on that deed must agree to it.

no, that's what co owner means, they have as much control as you do and without their approval you cannot sell it
