Why is gynandromorphophilia not considered a legitimate sexual orientation?
Yes there are a lot of men who are perverts/porn/ addicts and only interested in sex with transsexuals, but there's a lot of men like that in general that like non trans women. So hypothetically if there was a guy who rarely looks at porn/ or doesn't specifically so he won't be addicted to it in marriage and is interested In a romantic relationship with a pre op transsexual would you still call him a tranny chaser or blame it on porn addiction?

As Razz said, celibacy is a choice, not an orientation. It is possible for one to be straight and celibate, gay and celibate, or bisexual and celibate. One can be attracted to something sexually and choose not to have sex. So, a celibate lesbian would be a woman who is sexually attracted to women, but for whatever reasons, chooses to not have sexual intercourse. The sexuality when one is not attracted to either sex is called "asexuality." Asexuals can and often do have sexless, romantic relationships, and perhaps even have a preference of which gender they are attracted to for those relationships, however, they are not interested in either sex in a sexual manner.

Just because someone like transsexual people doesn't make them a chaser.
Chasers are creeps, that view use as objects for their sexual desires. The problem is the definition of creep/chaser is very subjective and has varying standards for everyone.
