Acceptable proof depends entirely on your definition of God. If you choose to believe that we (humanity) and nature are all part of the universal fabric, so, in a sense, we all have "God" in us. God is life, love, happiness, generosity, and goodness - if anyone or anything shares any of those characteristics, they have God in them.

If you choose to believe that God is a superhuman being and a conscious entity, know that there is nothing to disprove your assertions, but nothing to prove them either.

If you choose to view God as the passage of time, development, and growth, then there may or may not be solid proof. From what we perceive (which is very little, by the way), such a thing exists, but if science tells us soon that the plane of our existence is somehow nonexistent...

If you choose to believe God is knowledge and enlightenment, then yes, it does exist. Information, discovery, the desire to advance all indicate this.

The mystery's of faith an GOD are beyond human comprehension.

Faith concerns questions which cannot be settled by evidence.

How can the universe create itself out of nothingness? Given the fact that the universe began to exist, it must have had a “cause” that originated it.Doesn't it make more sense to assume the existence of a Creation.

The question is tricky because it sneaks in the false assumption that GOD came from somewhere and then asks where that might be. The answer is that the question does not even make sense. It is like asking, “What does blue smell like?” Blue is not in the category of things that have a smell, so the question itself is flawed. In the same way, GOD is not in the category of things that are created or caused. GOD is uncaused and uncreated—He simply exists.

We know that from nothing, nothing comes. So, if there were ever a time when there was absolutely nothing in existence, then nothing would have ever come into existence. But things do exist. Therefore, since there could never have been absolutely nothing, something had to have always been in existence. That ever-existing being is what we call GOD ,GOD is the un-caused Being that caused everything else to come into existence. God is the uncreated Creator who created the universe and everything in it.

Life without GOD is like an un- sharpened pencil it has no point..

You want proof of god ,do this and i'm sure you'ill get one: For one month quit all bad habits ,medidate for 5 mins everyday and most importantly help the poor and needy whether you like them or not and without any self-interest .Press feet of parents every night out of respect and nothing else . Make youself "human". And read about god on wikipedia or wikiquote . And any sacred book . After one month look in the mirror and tell me if you got your "PROOF".

Mostly all people doubt the Holy Word of God, The Bible.

But This little History lesson will enlighten all.

It starts with the Hittites. And a lack of evidence they ever existed. Then in 1908 a Archaeological discovery was made by John Garstang. The 400 year civilization of the Hittites Empire (1600-1200 BC). Since then so much has been discovered about the Hittite Empire, you can study all you want about them.

No, no one can ever 'logic' you into heaven. It's an experience you have to seek out for yourself.

Christianity is unlike any other religion in the world. Other religions require you to do the disciplines, say the prayers, practice the rituals all in order to try and reach God. Christianity is the opposite, you start out experiencing God, then try to work out the bad in your life after. Most all Christians can tell you when that God moment was for them. They call it being 'born again', 'seeing the light', or whatever. It's a defining moment for them, but they all have it.

The God of Israel (the Christian God) has chosen to prove Himself to humanity via prophecy. He chose to use prophecies such as: the exile of Israel, the sudden increase of knowledge, the Holocaust, and the return of Israel, to prove Himself because only God can know the future. It is through this that humanity can be certain that the God of Israel is the living God because it is impossible for any living thing could have guessed the future thousands of times without error.

Im a muslim girl. So I will tell you something. The verses of the quran. These verses are in surat al qiyamah:

1. was he not a nutfah( mixed male and female discharge of semen) poured forth?

2. Then he became an Alaqa' (a clot) and Allah shaped and fashioned him in due proportions.

3.And made him in two sexes, male and female.

4.Is not he (Allah who does that) Able to give life to the death. (indeed he is able to do all the things)

An american doctor, converted to islam after reading this. Because the quran was discovered 1400years ago and the science today is inly 70-80 yrs old.

This wonderfully systematic universe itself is the proof that it has a conscious creator whom we call GOD. We have physics laws, they are obeyed everywhere in this universe, hence there must be some law enforcing authority that we call GOD.
