Can someone be addicted to milk?

I'm 16 years old, and ever since I can remember, I've been obsessed with milk. I drink about a third of a gallon a day, and still then I crave it all the time. Does any one know why? (I drink regular cow milk btw) it really bothers me because I've heard that too much milk can actually lead to oseoperosis... Is that true? Any answers would be appreciated.

It's OK to go nuts over milk. It's the perfect food - containing every known vitamin, mineral as well as a healthy dose of carbohydrates and a wonderful source of completely healthy fats and complete chain proteins.

.......That's if it's raw milk, of course. If you're drinking the storebought heat treated factory farmed stuff I'd think twice before drinking any again - the heat process kills almost all of the vitamins and denatures the proteins making them possibly allergenic and unable to be digested. The fats can be denatured too leading to possible heart disease. Plus the animals are fed toxic GMO feed which will concentrate in fat of the milk making it yet more toxic to your health.

All of these problems are non-existant when milk is left in it's natural, raw state from an organically raised grass fed animal. A beautifully perfect wonderful food!

The only concern I'd have with raw milk is possible excess calcium, which should be addressed with plenty of magnesium and vitamin D from the sun. Go for at least 200% RDA of magnesium if you're drinking a quart or more per day.
