can i can cream and cheese soups?

Can I make a soup with cream and cheese in it and can it. like canning in mason jars. Will the cream hold up or spoil ??

    There are just some things you cannot make at home. Soups containing milk and/or cream, garlic oil (botulism), garlic powder (same reason), pastrami (unless you have very expensive equipment).

    You can't can them in a mason jar using the usual hot-bath method. You could pressure can them if you have the right equipment.

    No. Milk, cream and dairy products cannot be safely canned.

    No-there is no way to insure any botulism microbes/spores are killed.
