That is not close to even being considered healthy, your dogs health will go straight down hill if his diet consists of only chicken necks.
If hes hooked on the raw side of things, perhaps look into raw feeding him? It's not all that expensive if you look around. Raw feeding Yahoo groups;

If not interested in a possible diet change, remove the chicken necks from his diet completely and put him back onto his regular food. Feed him only his regular dog food - at meal times, put down the bowl of food and leave it for 20 minutes or so, if he doesnt eat it then pick up and either bin it or put it in the fridge and try again either a few hours later or next meal time - do *not* feed him anything else; no treats, no people food and no chicken necks - dont be concerned if he doesnt eat straight away, for some dogs it can take a couple of days ( it's not going to harm him to go a couple days without food), because a healthy dog will not starve itself - if he is hungry enough, he will eat.

Your dog is going to need to eat something besides chicken necks to keep him healthy. Withhold chicken necks and only offer nutritionally balanced dog food. Leave the bowl out for about 30 minutes. If he doesn't eat, pick the bowl back up. Do this several times a day. He will get hungry enough and learn to eat what's best for him.

The health of your wonderful dog is going to be very limited. Chicken necks are not a total food and soon he will develop some nutritional problems. Stop the chicken and place him back on dog food that is balanced for his needs. It will be a war of wills, if you cave in he has won. Offer the food, no other treats he will not starve to death. This could take several days to accomplish. You just need to be strong and a good concerned owner

That is really weird. Your going to get a bunch of people telling you the bones are dangerous for your dog to eat.
Just stop feeding him chicken necks and leave a bowl of dog food. when he gets hungry enough he will eat it.
