I would take him to a professional to be evaluated. The sooner they can figure out what is wrong, the sooner you will know how to help him.

Sometimes small children have problem of tongue tie.
If possible find an old lady who can help.Old ladies like grandmothers have experience that they can mechanically through their fingers put in child s mouth under tongue can remove the problem of tongue tie
