Why can't I get braces until I'm older ?
Okay so I'm 14 and my teeth are kinda messed up but not like to the point where I need a replacement . I went to the dentist the other day and I asked if I was able to get braces , they did some scans and everything and told me I couldn't until after high school due to the way my jaw is formed , is this right or am I able to get braces now ?

well, im not sure, but orthodontists know what they are talking about, i had to wait until all my baby teeth had come out,

maybe because they want to see if your teeth are still growing and might fix it natuarally..it happens, like my sister.so just wait for at least when ur fiffteen then yea ask again
