They're both good matchups, but I think I would go with the Texans on this one for two reasons:
1) They are on their home field
2) Matt Ryan is a smarter QB - it's hard to tell when he will have a good/bad game

Even though New Orleans DEF has been good lately, I think I've gotta go with Houston - I think they'll put up some points against JAX this week.
