Sending 2 kids to the wrong school district illegally?
What are the actions taken by a city school when someone has sent there 2 kids to city schools using the wrong address and not paying tuition. My ex has been attending Kingsport city schools from kindergarden to 12th grade and her sister from kindergarden to 8th grade. What are the legal actions taken by a school if they found out about this situation?
We broke up about 2 months ago and her and her family are harassing me and slandering me and I'm sick of it. They only put there kids in the Kingsport city schools so they could be in the Dobyns Bennett marching band. The band is going to the rose bowl parade this year and I'm hoping this information given to the school will stop all this crap and they can say goodbye to the rose bowl and hello to paying the thousands of dollars in tuition they screwed the school out of.
My ex is a senior in high school and her sister is in 8th grade
They have deleted her facebook over it and deleted all the posts and comments. And I didn't touch her anything. Can't rape what u didn't touch and I'm 17
And for all it makes a flying crap I broke up with her!!!!!!!
Because when my super swamped tires got slashed and my xterra was keyed that was the last straw. Plus I broke up with her because she was lying to me and the school. I just found out right before we broke up. When she has to go to volunteer high school 20 minutes the other direction of where she lives she won't be nowhere near me or my property to screw with anything else. My cameras got her white 350z but they couldn't prove she did it.
We were together for 3 years. She was a liar and a cheater. We were eachothers first relationship. She lied to her family and made me out to be the bad one. I'm just an enraged redneck that can't seem to remove myself from the situation so I'm just gonna remove the situation from my self. IMMA GET ER DONE
They ain't got no money. The 350z is a piece of crap. They got it from a junk yard and it does good to run. They use her uncles address in the city to go there.

They can't do a thing if they are out of school now. There is only so long that you have to take legal action for something like this. Heck, if you are molested or raped you only have a limited time to report it.
I doubt they did a thing to you, you are feeling vindictive because she broke up with you and now you are out for petty revenge. If you were really concerned about doing the right thing then why turn her in AFTER you two broke up instead of when you were still dating? Breaking the law is breaking the law, even if it's your girlfriend doing it. No, you are just being a jerk now. Hopefully you are not 18 or over otherwise your ex could get you for statutory rape in retaliation.
But she can say you did. These days, all it takes is an accusation and she can ruin your life, like you are trying to ruin hers. Besides, you still didn't answer the question, why do the "right thing" now?
You are still in the wrong. Let bygones be bygones and get on with your life. If you weren't worried about them breaking the law then, why worry about it now?
Even if you do something, the bulk of the punishment is going to go on the parents, not the girlfriend or the sister because I'm fairly certain they didn't choose which school to go to. Besides which, women only slash tires and key your vehicle when they feel that they were the ones being wronged. If you are worried about her doing it again, why not try to make up with her?

Sounds like her family has money and knows people. It would be quite easy for them to get permission to get the kids in a school district of their choosing. It's not difficult to do, happens around here all the time. Poor lil ol you will be able to do nothing.
You should really let this go. If you don't, you're gonna have a stroke by the time you're 21.

In one state, a mother was charged with a crime for doing this. Taxes pay for that school district, and lying is a form of fraud. Not saying that her district will do this, but it is possible.
