Best Cheap 10" Tablet for Android/Videos?

Budget is $150 or less. Will consider 9".

Only need to stream videos effortlessly + android.

    The best tablet I can recommend for that price is asus memopad hd, if you research about it ,it has many high reviews

    this one is the same size as the ipad mini and i own it. I know it is not exactly he size you are looking for (8 inches) but i guarantee you it is the best QUALITY tablet you will find for $150!
