Is the above sentences 'then' or 'than'

    . . . sooner THAN I HAVE to. Don't keep the "what" in there.

    I think it should be 'than'. Coz the sentence expresses some kind of a comparison while 'then' is used in describing a timeline of events.

    Anyone plz answer my question- How to describe a burning house?
