Maybe you meant sovkhoz ( совхоз ) ? It's typically translated as state farm, a state-owned farm. The term originated in the Soviet Union, hence the name.

At first I thought you meant сейчас, which means "now".
But the others are probably right and you mean совхоз, which is short for советское хозяйство - literally a "council enterprise" (совет - soviet - originally means a council, or an advice). As already said, they were state-owned farms in the Soviet Union.
It was usually larger than колхоз (коллективное хозяйство, a "communal enterprise").

It's not so easy without any context but it seemed to be 'sovkhos', a state-owned farm.

Maybe you meant "сейчас", that means "at the moment, right now".
