usps international shipping?

Right now I'm in Southwest Ohio, and i had a package delivered here. Anyway, i ordered 3 posters, and they were estimated to arrive in December, i ordered them on Nov. 8 they were shipped internationally. One of them got here completely unexpected a few days later, and the only one left i can track says its in "isc Chicago 2" and i just wanted to know about what time that one should get here. (I've never had international shipping) anyone with experience? precise location is Lebanon Ohio.

    It is in Customs and the length of time it will remain is pretty random. The others seem to have passed quickly and this should also. Two to three days after it is released, I would expect delivery.

    Printed material, art, posters, books etc enter the country freely (no duties, taxes etc). Is probably just a routing delay.
