I want to make a silhouette of myself so I can put layered pictures inside of it (like the picture in the link attached)

I only have paint shop pro 4 and paint.net to use and am not very good with either so if anyone knows how then please tell me

Go outside on a sunny day, get someone to trace your shadow.
Or get a picture of yourself in profile view and just make the background white and you black.
If you don't want to/can't do any of these, just send me a picture of what you'd like to be your silhouette and I can do that stuff for you.
