Does anyone know a website that talks about rights infringed on people?

I'm specifically looking for some place where I can read stories about how people have been losing their U.S. bill of rights rights during some time. Like, for example, I read a story about a man who was frisked by police because he was Mexican. That breaks the fourth amendment. So yeah, I'm looking for stories of that kind of nature.

Thanks in advance.

Update:

This is for a report on the bill of rights and history of rights infringed due to laws created by states or other things related to that.
